My cousin, Errol Field, 55, came to visit with swollen lips which prevented him from talking properly. The reason for the swelling was that he had reacted to a flu injection, which he got the previous day. I immediately sprayed him with Resque Mist and as soon as it was dry, I applied Resque Crème. Recently, I decided to walk the Camino de Santiago – a French route that starts from St Jean Pied de Port. This meant that I would have to walk 807 km by foot with a rucksack!
